We know you are all safe&#044; and we hope that most of your families and homes are safe too. We believe some of you have had some bad times&#044; and we send our thoughts and love to you.<br \/>\nRELA and Sendai have a very special relationship&#044; as we have had many students from your school and from other parts of Sendai. So when we heard about the earthquake we were very upset and worried. And we know all the aftershocks are scary and difficult for you too.<br \/>\nBecause Christchurch has also had big earthquakes&#044; and many Japanese students died&#044; we feel that Japan and New Zealand are very close at the moment. Tragedy and sadness has been very big in both countries.<br \/>\nBut we will all be stronger for these experiences&#044; and we all sincerely hope that things will keep getting better for you day by day.<br \/>\nWe are so looking forward to Sendai Shirayuri Gakuen junior high school students coming to RELA soon.
