To all our lovely girls at Sendai Shirayuri Gakuen
Hello everybody – those of you who have been to RELA in the past, and those of you who hope to come in the future.
We have been thinking of you all so much in these last few weeks since March 11. We know you are all safe, and we hope that most of your families and homes are safe too. We believe some of you have had some bad times, and we send our thoughts and love to you.
RELA and Sendai have a very special relationship, as we have had many students from your school and from other parts of Sendai. So when we heard about the earthquake we were very upset and worried. And we know all the aftershocks are scary and difficult for you too.
Because Christchurch has also had big earthquakes, and many Japanese students died, we feel that Japan and New Zealand are very close at the moment. Tragedy and sadness has been very big in both countries.
But we will all be stronger for these experiences, and we all sincerely hope that things will keep getting better for you day by day.
We are so looking forward to Sendai Shirayuri Gakuen junior high school students coming to RELA soon. When you come, we will give you a fantastic time

被災地への支援をする団体“マルシェジャポン仙台”と
“子供笑顔元気プロジェクト”に送られたということです。
